Using the rare and coveted Venezuelan Carenero bean, we offer chocolates for connoisseurs…including our famous truffle of fennel seed, star anise and pernod and our honeycomb and butterscotch crunch. Our range, produced entirely in-house, is unique.
Miette is an independent business. The creation of all chocolates and cakes is overseen personally by owner and chocolatier Katherine Pomfret.
